Kids for Life Fitness
provides personal fitness coaching to kids and teens who need extra guidance and support during his or her program.

Kids for Life Fitness Coaching provides:  

•  One-on-one guidance on how to exercise properly.

•  Encouragement and motivation to remain consistent.

•  Careful attention to safety and emotional needs.

We usually recommend the following training schedule

Ages 8 - 17:               
30 - 45 min sessions                         
 2 – 3x a week

Single Session: $95   
      6 Sessions: $480   (Save $90)
    12 Sessions: $900
   (Save $240)
    24 Sessions: $1560 (Save $720)
